All gut-healing meals offered in the RESET are organic, non-gmo, and free of gluten, dairy, grains, refined sugars, inflammatory seed oils, corn, peanuts, soy, and shrimp/shellfish.

The reset is veggie-forward and protein-centric, to help with anti-inflammation. All menu items are expertly designed with ingredients with the highest concentration of antioxidants, gut healers, protein, fiber, and healthy fats to balance your blood sugar.
