Mediterranean Chicken Pita Wrap (WED)

Ajvar is a Balkan condiment made of roasted red peppers and eggplant.  It is often referred to as "Balkan Caviar" due to its rich, luxurious flavor and vibrant red color.  Paired with grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a tangy yogurt sauce for the perfect pita sandwich. 

Ingredients: Chicken, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cayenne, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, black pepper, peppers, eggplant, garlic, vinegar, Fresno peppers, cucumber, tomato, red onion, Greek yogurt.
