Bahn Mi Turkey Burger (WED)

Inspired by the classic Vietnamese sandwich, this turkey burger contains fresh herbs, pickled vegetables, and flavorful condiments.  Served with purple sweet potato fries for a new take on a favorite.  GF/DF/RSF

Ingredients: Turkey, eggs, GF breadcrumbs, cilantro, lime, garlic, rice vinegar, coconut sugar, carrots, cucumber, red cabbage, daikon radish, jalapeno, purple sweet potatoes.
