A note about local produce: Badger Flame Beets are grown locally from Norwich Meadow Farm from Row-7 seeds. Row-7 Seeds is (Blue Hill Owner) Dan Barber's seed varietal and is our personal favorite. Beets aren’t everyone’s favorite veggie, but this varietal produces a gentler, more flavorful beet that is more palatable for many who don’t typically like the earthy flavor of beets. If you aren’t a beet fan, we recommend trying this kind.
