"Butter" Chicken Meatballs (WED)

Chicken meatballs in a light butter style sauce served with rice, tandoori broccoli.

Chicken Ingredients: chicken, coconut milk, tomato paste, rice, onion, shallot, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, curry leaf, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, lemon zest, broccoli. Sambal: Tomato, Onion, Cilantro, Garlic, Lemon Juice. No butter.
