Cacio e Pepe Chicken (WED)

Chicken marinated in a cacio e pepe-inspired sauce with crispy potatoes and simple veggies: blistered tomatoes, roasted zucchini and blanched green beans with parm, chili oil, lemon. A KL favorite offered only a few times per year.
