Eggplant Chana Masala with Tandoori Broccoli and Naan (WED)

An Indian-inspired staple and healthy comfort food seasonal veggies and warming spices served with rice, tandoori broccoli and naan. On the menu since 2018.

Eggplant Ingredients: eggplant, chickpeas, coconut milk, tomato paste, squash, rice, onion, carrots, peas, shallot, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, curry leaf, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, lemon zest, broccoli. Sambal: Tomato, Onion, Cilantro, Garlic, Lemon Juice. Naan: Flour, water, yeast, olive oil.

DF/RSF Naan contains flour but is served on the side. Otherwise GF.
