Fresh Spring Salad

Wild Greens, Borage Mircogreens, Asparagus, Peas, Radish, Mint, Quinoa, Ricotta Salata – Sweet Pea Pesto Vinaigrette. A simple salad made excellent with fresh and local ingredients.

Borage is a microgreen with hints of fresh cucumber that brings a freshness and extra layer of flavor to the salad. We get our borage locally from Highridge Hydro in Norwalk, CT.
