Borage Microgreens are locally sourced from High Ridge Hydro out of Norwalk, CT. They provide a super light cucumber flavor to the salad to bring it up a notch. We make our “feta” with tofu in this dish- and highly recommend it. GF/RSF/DF (dairy served on side)
