Maple Balsamic Chicken (WED)

Joyce Farms chicken finished in a glossy black garlic–maple-balsamic reduction with rosemary and shallot. Served with jeweled maple carrot “frites”, blanched green beans and roasted brussels sprouts. Arugula pesto (on side).
