Maple Balsamic Salmon (WED)

Faroe Island salmon finished in a glossy black garlic–maple-balsamic reduction with rosemary and shallot. Served with jeweled maple carrot “frites”, blanched green beans and roasted brussels sprouts. Arugula pesto (on side).

GF/RSF/DF on the menu since 2018. Protein ONLY option available.
