Maple Balsamic Steak Frites (WED)

Seared organic steak finished in a glossy black garlic–maple-balsamic reduction with rosemary and shallot. Served with jeweled maple carrot “frites”, blanched green beans and roasted brussels sprouts. Blackberry steak sauce on the side.
