Mojo Steak with Citrus Cucumber Salsa

Citrus honey marinated steak cooked with a mojo cilantro pesto (cilantro, pesto, garlic, olive oil, lime, orange zest) and a fresh cucumber jalapeño salsa served over cilantro rice with simple kale and sweet potato salad. Local angus flank from a co-op of local farms in PA and NJ. GF/DF/RSF.
