Once a Year Ramp Pesto Chicken

A perfect pesto made of wild ramps that only come once a year and foraged by hand locally. Served over chicken roasted to perfection with sautéed asparagus and broccoli floret salad with herbs, orange zest and crunchy sunflower seeds and herby beluga lentils.
