Pozole Rojo with Salsa (Chicken or Shrimp)

Our Pozole is a rich, brothy, deeply flavorful, good for the soul, braised stew made with Mexican chiles and chile de arbol, organic herbs and hominy. You will be able to taste the spices, but it is not spicy. This variation is created and made by our incredibly talented Chef Dan Rooney, who is known to bring the best flavors to all his dishes.
