Provençal-Style Herby Lemon Chicken, Arugula Pesto, Silky Cauliflower Puree with Roasted Vegetables (carrots, zucchini, asparagus). Organic Joyce Farm chicken is marinated in a mustard herb blend and then roasted with herbs and topped with a seasonal arugula pesto served on the side. The perfect early summer dish.
