Pumpkin "Butter" Chicken (WED)

Chicken braised in a light butter style sauce served with rice and broccoli.

Chicken Ingredients: chicken, coconut milk, tomato paste, squash, rice, onion, carrots, peas, shallot, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, curry leaf, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, lemon zest, broccoli. Sambal: Tomato, Onion, Cilantro, Garlic, Lemon Juice.
