Rosemary Chicken with Early Spring Cauliflower Salad

A seasonal dish comprised of local, organic chicken brined in rosemary, lemon and peppercorn  & roasted with fresh spring herbs.  Served with a seasoned sliced cauliflower salad with asparagus, pan fried capers and dried cherries.
