Tuscan Garlic Salmon (MON)

Salmon in a light white wine and garlic sauce.  Finished with Tuscan kale, cherry tomatoes, and fresh herbs.  Served with a roasted red pepper pesto and basil penne or spaghetti squash.  DF/RSF.
