Local hanger steak marinated in a classic tuscan mix of olive oil, vinegar, lemon zest, herbs and spices and seared the finished in oven with lemon herb oil perfectly roasted root veggies.

Please note that we may have to sub out hanger for equivalent quality/cut steak depending on availability as we order steak the day before delivery to ensure freshness. We purposefully undercook our steak to prevent overcooking when reheating.
